Salary: €35k-€40k Pro Rata

Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Project Support Administrator on a Part time basis for our client in Rathcoole. Our client is an Irish leader in the supply and distribution of engineering materials. The successful candidate will work to support the Project Management team and ensure all projects are accurately priced and tracked.
Responsibilities
- Preparation, analysis and pricing of new business tenders
- Tracking and logging all ongoing projects using software systems
- Collaboration with the Project Management and Sales Teams
- Development of weekly reports on project progress, forecasting and tender statuses
Experience Required
- 2+ years experience in a similar position preparing tenders and pricing in the construction industry
- Experience using CRM systems and aptitude to learn new systems
- Excellent IT Skills particularly MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
