Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Junior Project Manager for our client based in Co. Wexford. Our client is a leader in the design and installation of energy saving solutions for both residential and commercial clients nationwide. This position will support the Operations Team in the coordination of multiple projects and report to the Head of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring Projects are delivered on time, in budget and meeting quality expectations
- Managing multiple project timelines and logistics including resource allocations across sites.
- Contingency planning to ensure project delivery
- Management of change requests and development of monthly resource schedules to support customer change requests
- Responsible for the quality assurance of change requests delivered to customers.
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Developing and delivering regular project reports
Experience Required:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar Project Management role.
- Project Management Certification
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders including 3rd party providers
- Budget Management and Resource allocation
- Strong IT Skills with experience using CRM systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in different locations
- A strong understanding of the renewable energy sector
