Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Salary: €30k-€32k + Commission + Benefits
Location: Naas, Co. Kildare (hybrid working options available)

Sparktel Recruitment is a niche technical recruitment agency with an international reach, recruiting across Ireland, Europe and Asia. We cater for clients who require specialist skills across a range of industries including Telecoms, Utilities and Construction. We have been operating successfully for over 5 years and due to ongoing demand from our clients we require a Recruitment Coordinator to join the team in Naas, Co. Kildare.
Key Duties and responsibilities
- Coordination of multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Continuous improvement and development of our processes and systems
- Developing job ads based on client requirements
- Sourcing and screening suitable candidates from various sources
- Performing reference checks and supporting with candidate onboarding
- General administration support
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in the recruitment industry or a project coordination position
- Strong IT skills particularly MS Office and experience using other ATS or CRM systems
- Administration experience is very beneficial
- Highly detail-oriented and organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
