Job description

Sparktel are working with a leading plant hire and sale company. This company are looking to directly employ an Administrator to work on a full time, permanent basis. This role is office based. The company is experiencing continued growth and with great career progression opportunities, it’s an excellent time to join.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Dealing with key account holders via phone and email
  • Receiving and processing orders
  • Sourcing stock on internal system
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Liaising with the transport department to organise delivery of equipment
  • Updating internal data system with orders

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Strong experience in a previous administration role
  • Experience with hire and sales processes an advantage
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent telephone manner


  • Salary of €32,000 per annum
  • 21 days company holidays
