Sparktel are working with a leading plant hire and sale company. This company are looking to directly employ an Administrator to work on a full time, permanent basis. This role is office based. Duties and Responsibilities
- Dealing with key account holders via phone and email
- Receiving and processing orders
- Sourcing stock on internal system
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Liaising with the transport department to organise delivery of equipment
- Updating internal data system with orders
What skills and experience do you need?
- Strong experience in a previous administration role
- Experience with hire and sales processes an advantage
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Salary of €32,000 per annum
- 21 days company holidays
