Sparktel Recruitment has teamed up with a leading construction company in Kildare to recruit an Office Manager/Accounts Administrator to join their busy team. As the Office Manager, you will lead all administrative services in the office, including Facilities, Secretarial, Accounting, and other. You will provide a high level of service to partners and external team and have the chance to work with all aspect of the business.

To succeed in this role, you need to be proactive, have a ‘hands on’ attitude, be a great problem solver with strong organizational skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage day to day processing of debtors and creditor accounts through Quickbooks.
Oversee weekly payroll for 7-8 employees.
Manage VAT/PAYE and RCT returns.
Maintenance and upkeep of ISO system/files and documentation
Updating social media and web content.
General ad hoc administrative tasks to support business operations.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience working within a fast-paced administrative role.
Basic bookkeeping experience required. (QuickBooks or Sage would be an advantage)
Excellent IT skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Highly organised and efficient with a keen eye for detail.
