Overview
Sparktel have partnered with a leading telecoms infrastructure company to hire a Junior Project Manager. Our client is an Irish based company offering engineering services and project management expertise to telecom customers in Ireland, UK and the USA. You will be reporting to the Contracts Manager and will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects in the telecoms industry.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed schedule, KPI’s and budget.
- Stakeholder Management, building sustainable relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Budget Management.
- Sub-contractor management.
- Day to day management of Field teams.
- Project tracking, reporting and presentations.
- Identifying project risks and implementing risk mitigating solutions.
- Ensuring all Health and Safety policies are implemented and adhered to.
Experience Required
- 2 + years in a similar position in the Telecoms Industry.
- Proven project management skills or relevant project management qualification.
- Strong IT skills particularly Excel.
- Good understanding of financial aspects in relation to project completion.
- Full Clean Drivers licence.
