Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Post Sales Support Engineer to work with our client in South Dublin. Our client is a specialist provider of security, testing and monitoring solutions to the UK & Irish Telecoms Industry. The successful candidate will provide post sales support to commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provision of Tier 1 post-sales support to clients, addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Opening and resolving support tickets in a timely manner or escalating when required
  • Assist clients in the installation and configuration of products, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and effective use of solutions/products.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvements.

Experience Required
  • 2+ years in a similar technical post-sales support or technical support roles, preferably within the network solutions industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
