Overview:
Sparktel are recruiting a Part – Time Accounts Assistant in the Kildare area. Our client is seeking to hire a candidate with administrative background and financial administration support, willing to work in a busy environment with a strong team. The role offers 15 – 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and cross-checking invoices, receipts, payments and other financial transactions.
- Performing general administrative duties as required by the business.
- Completely weekly reports.
- Occasional banking and reconciliation.
- Working in a team and primarily supporting the finance function.
- Working in a fast-paced environment and managing to stay highly organised.
- Numeric skills.
- Previous Administrative work.
- Strong communication and people skills,
- Strong MS skills.
- Experience managing invoices and general account experience.
