Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator for our client who is a leading provider in the Telecoms Industry. The successful candidate will support the Design and Build Teams in the delivery of projects across new developments and MDU’s.
Responsibilities
- Administrative support for the design and build teams
- Tracking of weekly build progress
- Developing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Attending and reporting on weekly progress meetings.
- Management of material requests
- Monitoring and reporting on project budget and any deviations from budget
- Issuing and monitoring of PO’s and invoices
- Supporting wayleave requests and managing any related issues
- Ensuring all operational processes are followed
Experience Required
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar Project Administration role
- Proven administration experience ideally in the Telecoms or Utilities Industry
- Excellent report writing and delivery skills.
- Strong IT skills particularly MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail orientated with ability to clearly articulate issues and develop solutions
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
