Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for an Administration Manager for our client based in West Dublin. Our client is one of Ireland’s largest providers of design, build and maintenance services to the utilities industry. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage a large team of Licencing and Administration staff.
Responsibilities
- Day to day coordination of the back-office Administration and Licencing teams
- Supporting the successful delivery of civils projects nationwide
- Developing and improving administration and licencing processes
- Preparation of project specific documentation
- Tracking and updating project status, data and documentation
- Liasing with various other departments in the company
Experience Required
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar position in the construction industry
- Highly proficient in MS Office suite with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
