Overview:
Our client is one of Ireland’s leading Infrastructure Design and Build providers. Working across several large national framework contracts on including utilities and civils. The successful candidate must have previous experience in Customer Service, holding 4 + years managing a back-office.
Responsibilities:
  • Operational management of the back – office team to handle incoming any incoming issues, via phone, email, work management system.
  • Responsible for workforce management such as, resource planning and scheduling.
  • Must maintain client relationships delivery excellent customer service.
  • Responsible all training plans and support for team members,
  • Must delivery Quality Management plan and hold responsibility for performance management.
Requirements:
  • 4 + years’ experience managing a back-office
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Must have excellent IT skills.
  • Experience in telecoms sector is an advantage.
