Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for Field Supervisors to work alongside our client who is a leading provider in the Telecoms Industry. The successful candidate will be fully responsible for ensuring agreed forecasts and deadlines are met by build partners in the field.
Responsibilities
- Developing relationships with build partners ensuring clear and concise communication at all project stages
- Clearly communicating timelines and forecasts with build partners ensuring all parties are aligned
- Implementing clear weekly/monthly targets and measuring progress against the same
- Regular reporting on project progress and monitoring of KPI’s
- Identification of any risks that could impact agreed deadlines and implementation of solutions
- Performance management, training and development
Experience Required
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar position in the Telecoms Industry
- Proven track record of delivering large scale Telecoms/Fiber projects within agreed timescales
- A thorough understanding of Irelands Telecom networks
- Knowledge of Power Network would also be an advantage
- Excellent team management skills
- Strong communication and reporting skills
