Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer for our client based in West Dublin. Our client is one of Ireland’s largest providers of design, build and maintenance services to the utilities industry. The successful candidate will join the Operations Team and be offered excellent career progression opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Planning project schedule, budget, resources etc. working with various stakeholders to ensure project completion
- Testing and troubleshooting electrical systems and components
- Resolution of any electrical system issues and repairing/maintaining all electrical equipment
- Commissioning electrical systems and conducting site surveys
- Creation of documentation for electrical designs, specs and project plans
Experience Required
- 4+ years relevant Electrical Engineering experience
- Previous experience using CAD
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
- Experience in the civils or utilities industry is a distinct advantage
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to work well under pressure and mange strict deadlines
- Must have a Full Driving Licence
