Location: Athlone – Hybrid (2-3 days per week)
Salary: €35k-€40k
Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our client who is a leader in the provision of design, construction and maintenance services for the Telecoms Infrastructure Industry. This role will provide administrative assistance to the project & commercial teams in order to support successful project delivery. There are excellent opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Generating PO’S, managing invoices,
- Managing rate cards and retentions on subcontractors
- Updating work in progress trackers
- Supporting with P&L reporting
- Identifying and managing risks
- Customer Engagement
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent MS Office experience with particularly strong Excel
- Experience with invoicing, PO’s and financial reporting
- Strong data analysis skills
- Proven communication skills and strong customer service experience
- Similar industry experience is desired
