Job Title: International Recruitment Consultant
Salary: €30k-€40k + Commission + Benefits (€50k OTE)

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outreach calls per day
- Meet and exceed clearly defined recruitment targets and KPI's
- Coordination of multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Developing job ads based on client requirements
- Sourcing and screening suitable candidates from various international sources
- Performing reference checks and supporting with candidate onboarding
- Development and maintenance of excellent client relationships
- Ensuring an in depth understanding of our most valued clients and the talent they require
- Support and contribute to the continuous improvement and development of our processes and systems
Experience Required:
- Degree qualified in a relevant Business or commercial field an advantage.
- Track record of success in sales, management or general commercial activity.
- Strong IT skills particularly MS Office and ability to use CRM platforms and APP’s.
- Highly driven, detail-oriented and organised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is required with proficiency in one of the following Portuguese, Spanish or Filipino.
