Location: Shannon, Co. Clare
Salary: €60k-€70k
Overview:
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our client based in Shannon, Co. Clare. Our client provides a range of aviation solutions including maintenance, modifications, design, training and engineering to customers across Europe. This role will work closely with the commercial team and report to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Responsibilities
- Develop the Group Marketing Strategy and long-term marketing plan
- Constant awareness of market conditions, trends, segmentations and customer needs
- Managing and developing the marketing team
- Digital marketing, SEO, lead generation, managing the overall status of the company webpage, landing pages and supporting pages.
- Implementation of KPI’s, collection and analysis of project data relating to the marketing strategy
- Responsible for managing the annual marketing budget
Experience Required
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Excellent research and analysis skills
- Experience managing or leading a team
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Must have excellent IT Skill
- Aviation industry experience and knowledge is desirable.
