Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our client based in Dublin. Our client offers a range of technical security and safety solutions and services like CCTV and Access Control to a range of industries worldwide.
Responsibilities
- General Administration Support for various department
- General Reception Duties; handling mail and answering telephone, email and face to face queries
- Managing filing systems and various documentation
- Greeting guests and managing diaries
- Processing invoices, PO’s and statements
Experience Required
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong IT Skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proven ability to deal with customers and clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
