Overview:
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Head of Power to join our client in the Greater Dublin region. Our client is a leading provider of technical design, build and maintenance solutions in the Utilities Industry. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Director and be responsible for managing large utilities contracts.
Key responsibilities;
- Leading team of Field Managers, HSEQ, Commercial and general admin support
- Managing end to end programme of works as per the framework contract.
- Full P&L responsibility for the framework
- Identification of opportunities for business development and company growth
- Developing key internal and external relationships
- Supporting company on pricing and tendering for new works and projects.
- Development and delivery of key reports internally and externally.
- Mentoring and Supporting other team members
Experience Required:
- 5+ years in a similar Senior Management role managing large contracts within the utilities space.
- Experience with P&L responsibility
- Strong commercial acumen and reporting skills
- Good IT Skills particularly MS Suite
- Proven people and stakeholder management skills
