Job Title: Electrical Operations Manager
Salary: €65k + bonus & benefits
Location: Dublin
Overview: Sparktel Recruitment are currently hiring an Electrical Operations Manager for our client who is a leader in the Telecommunications and Networking sector. Our client works across a number of large national framework contracts on including utilities and civils. The successful candidates must be a Qualified Electrician with a background / knowledge of EV Charging or Electric Metering.
Responsibilities:
- Daily team management including preparing schedules and assigning duties.
- Responsible for planning, delivery and pricing across the EV Charging and Electrical Metering division.
- Responsible for reviewing financial performance and budget management
- Implementing cost saving measures and financial forecasting
- Project improvements and risk management
- Overseeing recruitment and onboarding and professional development of team
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified Electrician
- At least 3 years of Operations Management experience in the Electrical Installation industry
- Experience working in a KPI driven environment
- Financial and budgetary management experience.
- Must have excellent IT skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and reporting experience
