Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Order Administrator on behalf our client based in Rathcoole. Our client is an Irish leader in the supply and distribution of engineering materials. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales & Business Development Managers, Product Specialists and Key Account Managers. Responsibilities
- Manage customer queries via phone and email
- Processing orders, payments and invoicing customers
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to co-ordinate and schedule all direct to site deliveries
- Ensuring all relevant information is tracked and accurate on customer/sales database
- Attending training to develop and maintain strong product knowledge base
Experience Required
- 2 + years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience processing customer orders and invoicing
- Strong experience MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Previous experience using CRMs systems or similar
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
