Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers
- Planned individual account support
- Work in a cross functional team to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised
- Generate enquiries and negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with buyers
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to co-ordinate and schedule all direct to site deliveries
- market research, carrying out competitor and customer surveys as required
- Manage a live project log for all customer projects and report monthly to management
- Ensuring all relevant information in tracked and accurate on customer/sales database
- Attending training to develop and maintain strong product knowledge base
Experience Required
- 2 + years’ experience in a similar Sales focused or Account Management position
- Strong experience MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Previous experience using CRMs systems or similar
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
