Overview
Our client is one of Ireland’s leading Infrastructure Design and Build providers. They work across a number of large national framework contracts on including utilities and civils.
They are currently seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee day to day operations, compliance and governance and project management within this division.
Responsibilities
- Day to day operational management of division
- Continuous improvement and ongoing reviews of processes
- Using key data and insights to make decisions
- Engaging in regular business reviews with senior management and clients
- Developing sustainable relationships with key clients
- Strategic planning
- Risk management
- Product deployment
- Fully responsible for divisions P&L
- Overall responsibility for delivery of KPIs
Experience Required
- 5+ years’ experience as an Operations Director or similar
- Experience in the Telecoms industry
- Previous experience having P&L responsibility
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong IT skills
- Project management and Presentation skills
