Job Title: Trade Counter Sales & Administration
Location: Rathcoole – fully onsite
Salary: €30k + Bonus

Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Trade Counter Sales & Admin Assistant on behalf our client based in Rathcoole. Our client is an Irish leader in the supply and distribution of engineering materials. The successful candidate will be offered full training and excellent career opportunities.
Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact for all customers at the depot
- Issuing daily cash sales reports
- Build and develop relationships with customers through excellent customer service and account management
- Negotiating prices, specifications and deliveries with customers
- Managing stock and maintain a live project log
- Process and manage all relevant documentation i.e. raising sales orders, dispatch notes, order acknowledgements and paper documentation relating to all customer collection orders, walk in orders and trade counter sales
Experience Required:
- 1 years’ experience in a similar Administration role
- Strong customer service and sales experience
- Experience with invoicing, PO’s and customer accounts
- Uploading orders to system, dispatching dockets and managing payments, deliveries and stock
- Strong IT Skills particularly MS Excel and Sage
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Experience in the construction/engineering industry is an advantage
