Job Title: Key Account Hire Controller

Overview:
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Key Account Hire Controller for our client based in Rathcoole. Our client is a leading provider of plant & tool hire to the construction industry in Ireland. The successful candidate will manage key accounts for our client ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dealing with key customer enquires over the phone and via email
- Developing a good knowledge of the fleet
- Ensuring all hire orders can be completed based on equipment available
- Working with the internal IT system, inputting orders etc
- Ensuring all H&S forms for equipment are up to date and inputted on the internal system
- Checking in with customers while equipment is out on hire to ensure customer satisfaction
- Making sales calls to existing customers
Experience Required:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role with plant and tool hire industry experience being highly desired
- Strong IT Skills with proven ability to use CRM Systems
- Experience managing key customer/client accounts
- Ability to liaise with Transport & Logistics team
- Managing and sourcing stock
- Keeping records and logging activity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and highly motivated
