Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client in Ballymount Dublin 12, Our client offers a range of technical security and safety solutions and services to a range of industries worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Receiving, storage and handling of all materials in/out of multiple warehouse facilities.
- Managing and recording all stock movements
- Responsible for all administration requirements including regular reporting
- Stock management and responsible for ensuring that all stock collections and deliveries are accurate/on time.
- Assist with the management of company fleet ensuring that the stock in vans is accurately logged and vans are kept in good order.
- Managing supply chain stakeholders and suppliers to ensure best pricing and supply are achieved
- Working with various other department to ensure correct stock is available as and when needed
Experience Required
- Experience in a similar warehousing or stores management role
- Experience managing stock inwards and outwards and undertaking stock management duties
- Good IT Skills and experience using software systems
- Understanding the warehouse workflow
- Ability to work toward KPI’s
- Previous experience in security hardware or engineering warehouse would be desirable, but not essential
- Forklift licence is an advantage
